The blister is made up in a Clear PETG material with a cavity dimension of 210mm x 120mm. The Blister is high-frequency sealed to an overall size of 245mm x 140mm and incorporates a standard Euro hanger hole. The insert contains a perforated card area of 85mm x 54mm and printed 4 colours both sides on a 90gsm matt art paper. The card size is 210 x 118mm. The user-guide is litho printed in full colour on a 90gsm text and a 200gsm UV varnished cover with a die-cut window and trimmed to 210 x 120mm.
